The worlds most advanced networks rely on CommScope connectivity. We are looking for Planning Materials Supervisor to join our Juarez Team.
How Youll Help Us Connect the World:
Responsible for supervising the correct materials planning and material flow of the assigned areas. Keep constant communication with production to make sure the plan has been followed in the correct sequence. He or She supervises a group of planners and ensures the plans are elaborated following the priorities established by the business (sales PLM).
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads materials team to meet KPIs.
- Assist in audit plans in the SAP.
- Orients technically and functionally the users on KPI System Indicators as needed.
- Generates reports of system indicators.
- Provide training.
- Attend and perform functional tests of the system.
- Attend & coordinate meetings.
- Validates production and sales vs capacity plans.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelors Degree in Related Area and 8 years experience in planning area.
- 5 years experience in materials.
- Proficient in English Language (written and spoken) 90% minimum.
- 3 years supervisor/management experience.
- SAP Knowledge (IM PP QZ FI OP WM).
- Microsoft Office Skills.
- Proactive
- Proven ability to effectively interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines.
- Availability to travel.
- Logistics Operations knowledge
