POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for supervising associates to accomplish department and organizational objectives. Encourages continual growth in associates regarding business knowledge. Encourages and facilitates continuous improvements....
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direction support and resources to individuals and teams.
- Communicates company policies and objectives and fosters two-way communication.
- Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations
- Establishes and maintains effective communication.
- Supports company policies and objectives and promote a union free environment.
- Communicate to customers any changes made in the planning and/or commitments related to present open orders.
- Schedule all present priorities to the shop floor associates and follow up through completion
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3- 5 years combined experienced supervisor in the present line of work.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
