Job Description

  • Assisting the Head of Marketing with administrative tasks including organizing meetings managing correspondence and maintaining files and documentation.
  • Developing impactful presentations and reports for the Head of Marketing using PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to collect and organize information and materials for presentations and reports.
  • Providing comprehensive support to the marketing team as required.
  • Monitoring and addressing inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Personal Assistant role within a mid-size or large company.
  • Proven track record in administrative support roles ideally in marketing or advertising settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly PowerPoint Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
  • High accuracy in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
