Job Description

Role Description: The Head of EU Customer Reporting is responsible for ensuring that all end customer reporting is delivered to FNZs platform clients 100% on time and 100% accurate. The role will include elements of project management operational process and control and continuous improvement.

Organizational Design: This is a new role that will report into the Head of EU Investment Operations in Czechia and will form part of the European Investment Operations Management Team. The role holder will have responsibility for a small team working closely with colleagues across Operations Delivery Project Compliance across various Europe office locations. The role will also engage regularly with FNZs platform clients.

Team Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a team of 2-3 analysts within the wider 100 FTE European Operations team.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

The role requires a candidate with a strong background in Operations and / or IT management with a particular focus on quality assurance

Develop a calendar of client document deadlines and detailed run book as required

Establish robust scenario and bulk checks for accuracy of data

Work with IT teams to develop an effective data extraction and validation tool

Identify and drive operational improvements with a focus on automation

Management of a small team of 2-3 analysts

Strong people management experience within a pressurised environment.

Client facing role requiring the holder to represent FNZ in senior client meetings.

Monitoring and ensuring adherence to SLAs KPIs and department procedures.

Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with any relevant compliance or regulatory requirements

Liaising with other departments and clients as required.

Manage the teams performance to ensure adherence to team and individual objectives.

Provision of qualitative department Management Information

Comply with the Training and development standards

Experience required
