Intern Customer Support Management

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven intern to join our Customer Services team supporting the Eurofighter program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end order management cross-functional collaboration across EMEA sites and exposure to SAP and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks to support Senior Customer Experience Professionals and the customer.
Update Excel or database system based order status files with accurate and timely information.
Communicate with external vendors and internal site points of contact to gather detailed repair or manufacturing status of materials and expedite deliveries
Maintain and manage order book files to support dedicated Customer Service Representatives.
Participate in cross-functional activities across multiple EMEA sites.
Learn and apply SAP processes related to order management.

Key skills and qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
