A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Representative based in Prague Czech Republic you will play a vital role in ensuring that our innovative solutions reach healthcare providers and patients efficiently and accurately. We foster an inclusive environment open to parents with small children partially disabled individuals and fresh graduates who share our mission to serve patients and support healthcare partners through excellence compassion and commitment to quality care.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Receive and process customer orders via email or other communication channels
- Manage order entry and follow up on open orders in SAP (Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing)
- Handle web-based orders and execute product movement-related transactions in SAP
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone in a professional manner
- Clarify and interpret customer orders for the shipping department
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Register and handle customer complaints in relevant systems
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Proficiency in Czech or Slovak language
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Bachelors degree or secondary grammar school education
- Strong organizational coordination and communication skills
- Accuracy diligence and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Experience with the SAP system and previous customer service experience are considered advantageous and will support your success in this role.
