Job Description
KITE Search are partnering with a famous international design firm who create award-winning design architecture and planning solutions. With an influx of work they are looking to grow their specialist Interior Design team across cultural and workplace. We are therefore looking to speak with talented Senior Interior Designers who would be interested in working in a creative international team.
Job responsibility
- Ability to handle and review full sets of design & construction drawings and specifications
- Possess over 8 years of experience in the interior design & architecture focusing across workplace / cultural
- Handle presentation work including concept design and development materials sourcing and selection
- Ability to communicate professionally and coordinate design work with clientscontractors & suppliers
- Manage projects progress coordinate and liaise with consultants & contractors to ensure project effectiveness design objectives and requirements
- Monitor overall program for design submissions contract procurement and construction stages
- Report to Project Stakeholders on the performance of the project and any variations to the scope of work and the agreed work plan
Job requirements
- Degree or above in Architecture or relevant disciplines preferred
- A minimum of 8 years working experiences in Architecture Interior Design or related disciplines
- Excellent communication skills and presentable in English Mandarin would be an advantage
- Creative & responsible good team-player but able to work independently
- Able to meet tight schedule and handle multiple tasks
