We are looking for a Service Associate - Guest Relations Officerto join our team!
As a Service Associate - Guest Relations Officer we rely on you to:
- Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores
- Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations Operation
- Handle all guest requests in a timely professional and efficient manner
- Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
- Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Preferably has relevant hospitality experience
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has a can-do attitude
- Is a self-starter
- Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
