Assistant to the Chairman - Integrated Resort Metro Manila Philippines
An integrated resort is looking for an Assistant to the Chairman. The successful candidate will be responsible for high level administrative support as required by the Chairman and act as a primary point of contact facilitating communications and coordination between the Chairman and stakeholders. Likewise provide strategic support through research and data analysis that will assist in the Chairmans decision making.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related discipline
Seven (7) years experience as an Executive Assistant for senior executives
Fluency in Mandarin and English speaking and writing communications
Experience in the hospitality or integrated resort industry is a plus
In depth knowledge in project management budgeting strategic planning profitability productivity and concept development
Ability to compose professional correspondences and reports
Capable of multi-tasking and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Open to Filipinos and Chinese nationals with valid work permit
