Job Description

We are looking for an InventoryControl Coordinator who excels at organizing prioritizing work and workingindependently with minimal supervision. We want someone who has a take chargeattitude and will apply their knowledge to help streamline processes and haveoperations run smoothly. You would be the go-to for multiple key personnel tokeep projects moving ahead.

What you will be doing:

Performing inventory control dutiesincluding monitoring tools equipment and material distribution to electricians.

Picking up and delivering materialsand equipment to job sites as requested.

Ordering (purchasing) receiving andposting materials/parts to work orders and inventory system.

Entering new parts into our systemsensuring accurate costs and descriptions.

Regularly following up on expecteddeliveries (ETAs) and communicating this information to the appropriate foreman.

Ensuring program discounts frommanufacturers or distributors are properly applied to any orders.

Ensuring pricing changes oradjustments are communicated to management as appropriate.

Managing tools including maintainingthe sign-in/out records repairs etc.

Maintaining and organizing thephysical warehouse inventory (and workspace).

Monitoring product warranties andinventory levels to enable timely installations and emergency service.

Evaluating suppliers based on pricequality and delivery

Operating a forklift toload/unload/store product

Maintain and review records of itemsbought costs deliveries product performance and inventories.

Analyze inventory reports and preparereconciliations.

Provide backup administrative dutiesas needed including answering telephones for warehouse shipments.

Provide ways for continuousimprovement.

Other duties as assigned by TheCompany.

What we wouldlike you to bring to the table:

Ability to work in a teamenvironment

Strong attention to detail andanalytical skills are essential

Previous inventory experiencemandatory

Post-secondary education in a relevantfield is considered an asset

Valid Drivers license

Willingness to travel to sites

Previous forklift experience orwillingness to learn

Ability to lift 70lb multiple timesper day
