- Partner with care teams and vendors to manage purchase orders track deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels oversee storage and distribution and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate logistics for deliveries and returns between patient homes branches and field staff
- Identify process improvements support ERP implementation and collaborate with finance for accurate reporting and cost tracking
- Handle RMAs credits and accounts payable reconciliations while maintaining accurate tracking systems
Qualifications :
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Healthcare Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain procurement or logistics including hospital or medical equipment operations
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles procurement strategies and inventory management practices
- Knowledge of medical inventory tracking systems and proficiency with supply chain management software (e.g. SAP Oracle ERP systems)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
