Job description

We are looking for a friendly organized and proactive Receptionist to serve as the face of our office. This front-office role is key to creating a positive first impression for all visitors clients and team members. You will be responsible for managing the reception area and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office with a focus on hospitality organization and excellent communication.

What to expect:

  • Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a welcoming and professional manner

  • Manage the front desk: answer phone calls redirect inquiries and handle correspondence

  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms

  • Manage visitor logs issue access cards and support meeting room scheduling

  • Provide general administrative assistance such as document printing scanning and mailing

  • Ensure front-office supplies and materials are well-stocked and organized

  • Check and restock food and beverage items in office refrigerators and kitchen areas regularly

  • Monitor office hospitality standards and support a comfortable and well-maintained environment

  • Follow company protocols regarding security confidentiality and front desk operations

Job requirements

The perfect candidate meets the following:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist front office or customer service role is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment

  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
