We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedAdministrative Support Specialist to join our Chesterfield office team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to expand their impact by supporting office operations facilities and onboarding-related functions. As a central point of contact for daily office activities this position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments manage key administrative processes and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

This role involves strategic coordination operational oversight and a strong focus on service delivery. Its a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to take on new challenges.

This position supports our Chesterfield MO office and will have no possibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
    • Provide administrative support to staff including mail handling and meeting room coordination.
    • Oversee office maintenance and repairs ensuring a safe and welcoming workspace.
    • Assist with onboarding related tasks and employee support initiatives.
    • Track and maintain office supplies and inventory.
    • Process invoices and monitor departmental expenses.
    • Maintain record retention files in accordance with company policy.
    • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Skills Abilities and Knowledge Required

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.).
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
    • Familiarity with office operations and administrative procedures.

Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience required.
    • 12 years of administrative assistant or office support experience highly preferred.
    • Additional training or coursework in office administration is a plus.
$41600 - $47000 a year
Protectives targeted salary range for this position is $41600 to $47000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to job location skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protectives total compensation package for employees.
