Role Description:
The Project Control Specialist will be part of the Project Management team for the Jenbacher Engine business and will have the following responsibilities :
Office support of Project manager for extended scope projects executed by our US entity
Ensure timely implementation of project changes and cost planning measures in close alignment with the Project manager in our ERP system
Translate the extended scope of supply to our ERP system and ensure smooth process execution from request to order till item receiving advised by the Project manager
attend Team meetings of Subsidiary Project management and ensure alignment on information requirements of the HQ.
Support the US Project manager during customer visits in the HQ or at external packager facilities
Support cross functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution in cooperation with Finance Supply Chain Engineering and Sourcing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Electrical mechanical or commercial educational background
Ideally one to three years experience in relevant industry preferably in reciprocating engine industry; entry level possible
Ability to act in an interdisciplinary environment connected with relevant diversity of experience
Excellent English (written and oral) German is a plus
Very good communication skills
Team player and strong reliability
Customer focused
Ability to collaborate and willingness to work with time difference to Europe
