JOB TITLE: Cleaning Operations Manager
JOB LOCATION:Ogba Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
- Ensure smooth operation on site.
- Mapping out cleaners work schedule and implementation of work plan.
- Management and dissemination of information to cleaners.
- Training of new hires and managing their performances.
- Investigation of customers complaint.
- Inspection of janitorial activities onsite.
- Reassignment of tasks.
- Management ofcleaningequipment
- Daily computation and submission of site report.
Requirements
ADVERTISEMENT
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc degree with 2 3 years work experience.
- Excellent time management and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skill
- Organizational and team management skills
- Smart neat and presentable
- Attention to details
- Passionate and energetic
- Dedicated efficient and disciplined
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
