Job Summary

Yaala Labs is a FinTech focused software product engineering practice helping our global customer base take advantage of cloud blockchain and machine learning technologies. Our team have 150 years of collective experience of building high performance mission-critical applications for some of the most important players in the global financial markets.

Role

As a Senior Software Engineer you would be responsible for designing and building components of business critical distributed systems that use the latest technology from cloud services to block-chain platforms.

Responsibilities

Design application components that interact with the rest of the system together with architects business leads and technical leads.
Develop high quality code (including automated tests) in a clean and maintainable manner.
Be involved in the full development life-cycle and make sure business and non functional requirements are well understood and achieved.
Contribute to the work of other developers with ideas code reviews etc.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field of engineering.
2 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Java Node JS React and AWS would be an advantage.
Experience with fault tolerant high performance distributed systems would be an added advantage.
