As an AI Engineer Field Service Management (FSM) you will translate complex field service business processes into autonomous AI agent logic that drives intelligent scheduling dispatch maintenance and service execution.
Youll work closely with customers implementation teams and platform engineers to design configure and deploy AI agents that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency response time and service quality. The role combines field service domain expertise software development skills and applied AI problem-solving.
AI Agent Design & Development
Translate field service management processes into autonomous AI agent workflows and logic.
Configure and develop agents to automate scheduling work order management and technician dispatch.
Develop and test agent logic through scripting and platform tools.
Collaborate with AI engineers to refine performance ensure reliability and scale across customer environments.
Process Understanding & Translation
Partner with FSM domain experts to map service delivery workflows into structured agent logic.
Ensure agent logic adheres to business rules service KPIs and operational dependencies.
Document agent configurations and decision logic for repeatable deployment and ongoing sustainment.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Implementation & Sustaining Engineering teams to deploy and maintain agents in production.
Provide feedback to Product and Platform teams to drive roadmap improvements.
Support customers in validating agent performance reliability and ROI.
Qualifications :
Expertise in IFS Field Service domain including work order management scheduling optimization dispatch or mobile field operations.
Software development or scripting experience (Python JavaScript or equivalent).
Understanding of enterprise system integration and API-based workflows.
Exposure to AI frameworks or orchestration tools preferred.
Ability to translate complex service workflows into logical automatable processes.
Strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on delivery-oriented mindset.
