As an AI Engineer - Asset Management you will translate complex asset management business processes into autonomous AI agent logic. Youll design configure and deploy AI agents that streamline maintenance operations and asset lifecycle workflows for enterprise customers. 

This role combines domain expertise in IFS Asset Management technical development skills and a deep understanding of enterprise operational processes. You will work cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Customer teams to create agents that deliver real business impact. 

AI Agent Design & Development 

• Translate business processes in asset management into autonomous AI agent workflows and decision logic. 

• Develop and configure AI agents that automate and optimize asset lifecycle operations. 

• Write and maintain scripts to enable integration data flow and intelligent process orchestration. 

• Collaborate with AI engineers to enhance agent performance and ensure scalability across environments. 

Process Understanding & Translation 

• Partner with asset management subject matter experts to map maintenance and operational workflows into AI-compatible logic. 

• Ensure agent behavior reflects real-world business rules data dependencies and performance objectives. 

• Document agent configuration logic and release notes to support repeatable deployment and sustainment. 

Cross-functional Collaboration 

• Work with Implementation & Sustaining Engineering teams to deploy and maintain agents in production environments. 

• Provide feedback to Product and Platform teams based on customer use cases and deployment outcomes. 

• Support customers in validating AI agent performance and continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications :

• Expertise in IFS Asset Management domain including maintenance work orders asset lifecycle and operations. 

• Software development or scripting experience (Python JavaScript or equivalent). 

• Understanding of enterprise system integration and data flow management. 

• Exposure to AI platforms APIs or agent orchestration tools is advantageous. 

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical logic and workflows. 

• Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and delivery.
