Job Description
Perform Telesales roles & responsibilities to cross-sell loan products to customers through making inbound & outbound call.
Job Description:
- Promote the banks LOAN products to new and existing customers (warm call) with the purpose of generating business revenue to the Bank.
- Provide feedbacks to Managers on the Marketing campaigns and ideas for enhancements.
- Achieve the sales targets and objectives and meet service standard.
- Comply all internal guidelines legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirement:
- Secondary education (HKCEE / HKDSE) with relevant experience in sales and customer services.
- Good communication (fluent in Cantonese English and Mandarin) and telemarketing skills.
- Aggressive and hardworking.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales target
- Five-day working week flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days nights weekends and public holidays.
