We are seeking an Infrastructure Specialist 1 in our Division of Information Technology Services.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Install maintain configure upgrade and/or administer hardware and/or software; utilize vendor supplied third party utilities for monitoring; diagnose analyze and resolve issues
- Provide tier II-III level customer support; conduct performance tuning for hardware and/or software; develop and maintain documentation; develop and maintain ad-hoc utilities reports to automate processes
- Manage devices (e.g. phones and tablets) and application compliance on third party software
- Travel to DYS facilities and regional offices to resolve issues

The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. PRE-SERVICE TRAINING:
All new candidates hired to the Department of Youth Services must complete three (3) weeks of paid pre-service training at our Training Academy in Orient Ohio. The training is Monday-Thursday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
