Job Description
Title: Customer Care Representative 1 - CCR1
Location: Oak Grove AL 35150
Job Type: 3 Years Contract
Pay Rate: XX17
Qualifications:
- Recent cash handling experience required
- Proven customer service experience required
- Computer experience in a Windows based environment required
- Minimum of two years recent experience working with computer data base applications required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with the business office computer applications
- Ability to develop knowledge of the Companys Customer Service Standards
- Ability and willingness to make decisions mutually beneficial to our customers and Company
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Be able to assist with taking calls as needed for the Customer Service Center
- must be able to travel to the Dadeville location as needed.
- Possible for other location travel if needed.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
