Our client is a Skincare and Cosmetics from France.
They are now seeking a Beauty Advisor(BA) to join their team and work in Bangkok and its vicinity and other provinces nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on beauty product features and benefits.
- Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries about products and services.
- Achieving the departments sales goals on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis.
- Doing the extra mile to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
- Actively seeking out customers in the store and engaging them with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.
- Being knowledgeable on beauty products offered and discussing available options with customers.
- Collaborating with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Building productive trust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Complying with inventory control procedures and store policies.
Qualifications
- High school education or above.
- Proven work experience as a Beauty Advisor Retail Sales Associate Sales Representative or similar role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good personality and a professional appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints on time.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
