The Strategic Advisor will work closely with top executives to give them expert advice help them come up with long-term business plans and help the company grow. To do this job well you need to know a lot about market trends the competition and the best ways to run a business. The best candidate is a trusted advisor a thought leader and a strong communicator who has a history of successfully planning and carrying out strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with C-suite executives to create improve and put into action business strategies that are in line with the companys goals.
Use information about market trends changes in your industry and your competitors to help you make decisions.
Look at business performance data and make suggestions for how to make things better that can be put into action.
Help with cross-functional meetings workshops and strategic planning sessions.
Give advice on new business opportunities partnerships mergers and acquisitions.
Help create measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Help senior leaders and teams carry out their strategies and deal with change by being a mentor and coach.
Prepare and give complicated reports proposals and presentations to people who have a stake in them.
Make sure that plans are open to everyone long-lasting and in line with the companys values and mission.
Keep up with the latest best practices in your field changes in the law and new technologies.
Necessary Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in business administration management economics or a related field.
At least two years of experience as a senior consultant or strategic advisor.
Proven success in creating and putting into action business plans in complicated organizations.
Very good at analyzing things and understanding data.
Good at talking to people working with them and giving presentations.
Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams from a distance.
Experience using technology and digital tools for strategic planning and execution.

Compensation:
Pay by the hour: $85 to $95 depending on experience and qualifications.
