ABOUT THE TEAM:
Rocket Lab is a global leader in space exploration and our Neutron rocket is at the cutting edge of aerospace technology. The Neutron Upper Module is the most diverse part of Neutron incorporating fluidic components avionics carbon structures mechanical actuators and aerodynamic surfaces. As an intern you will have the unique opportunity to work across all these systems enhancing their performance and contributing to the future of space travel.
YOUR MISSION:
As a Development Engineering Intern at Rocket Labs Auckland site you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with experienced test engineers on the Neutron upper module. This role will immerse you in the exciting world of rocket development where you will be involved in setting up designing calibrating planning and troubleshooting test campaigns. These campaigns include but are not limited to:
Joining the Neutron team means you will play a crucial role in launching a new large rocket for the very first time!
