ABOUT HOTEL NASSAU BREDA

Hotel Nassau Breda Autograph Collection is part of Marriott International and is located in a former monastery in the centre of the Burgundian city of Breda. Hotel Nassau Breda offers 95 rooms bar Sanctuary a characteristic chapel (capacity 300 pax) for weddings parties and also 5 spacious meeting facilities. Hotel Nassau Breda is an Autograph Collection hotel one of the 30 brands of Marriott International. The hotel is part of the Odyssey Hotel Group the fastest growing hotel management company in Europe.

THE POSITION

As our Finance Intern you will be part of our Finance team based in the Netherlands. The Central Finance team consists of our Finance Associates Assistant Financial Controller the Head of Finance and Business Control. You will assist with the daily administration of Hotel Nassau Breda and Sapphire House addition you will have the opportunity to support group-wide financial projects aimed at streamlining processes between operations and the group.

Next to that you will also be helping with group-wide financial projects to help and streamline processes between several departments within the hotel group.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the month-end entities.

• Taking part in meetings to discuss tactics on-going tasks and other relevant business cases.

• Performing various administration tasks like booking purchase invoices.

• Assist in ongoing projects for the Head of Finance and Business Control.

• Passionate about numbers.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic to learn the way of finance in hotels.

• Interested to learn and use Power BI.

• Speaking and writing fluently in Dutch and English.
