Permanent Full Time (Monday Saturday Rotation)

Were looking for a Parts Advisorwho thrives on accuracy teamwork and helping people get exactly what they need when they need it. What Youll Be Doing
As a Parts Advisor youll play a vital role in keeping our Dealership running smoothly and ensuring our customers leave happy.
- Assist technicians and service advisors in selecting and obtaining required parts
- Support suppliers customers and internal team members with parts requests
- Coordinate ordering delivery and installation of parts and accessories
- Keep the team informed on availability and pricing of parts
- Manage inventory according to schedule with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure all internal requests are properly billed on service repair orders
What You Bring
- Parts Technician Certificate and/or experience in a dealership environment (asset not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while staying calm under pressure
- Proficiency with computers; CDK experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and a team-first attitude
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License upon employment
