Job Description
Dansville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing our Parts team and looking for an experienced Parts Advisor Chrysler experience a plus. Must be a highly organized and dedicated professional who takes pride in their work. We need an individual who will not only handle their own daily responsibilities but also help support the parts department service team and provide customers with exceptional experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process
- Sells parts to customers
- Pulls purchased parts from stock
- Fields phone calls provides price quotes and other required information
- Keeps service department aware of special-order parts status
- May pick up ordered parts from outside vendors as necessary
- Follows all shop policy procedure safety and environmental rules
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
- Knowledge of Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram automotive products preferred but not required
- Valid NYS drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Must be a highly dependable team player with a good work ethic
- Requires excellent customer service skills
- Neat clean and professional appearance
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers vendors and staff
- Basic computer and internet skills
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to bend kneel squat stand and lift heavy objects (50 pounds) as needed
- Spends 50% of work-day standing or walking; 50% of work-day sitting
