You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Parts Coordinator at New England Air Systems you will play a critical role in keeping our service operations responsive efficient and this role you will be responsible for providing accurate quotes for commercial HVAC and refrigeration repairs or replacements as well as managing the purchasing of materials parts and inventory for our service team.
Your day-to-day will include coordinating closely with dispatchers and technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts researching product options following up on open quotes and handling returns and vendor communications.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys both technical problem-solving and logistical coordination and brings a strong understanding of HVAC systems and service workflows. We are looking for a detail-driven and resourceful Parts Coordinator who thrives on keeping things moving efficiently behind the scenes. Youre someone who can juggle multiple prioritiesquoting purchasing vendor communication and inventory managementwithout missing a beat.
You have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components and youre comfortable researching parts and equipment to find the best solution for each situation. You work well under pressure keep organized records and know how to communicate effectively with technicians vendors and internal teams alike.

Benefits
The base hourly range for this role is $22 to $32 per hour. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
