Job Description

Our client is a leading company in the healthcare industry providing high-quality medical devices solutions and services to improve patient outcomes globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Team Management: Leading motivating and mentoring a team of sales representatives. Providing coaching and guidance to improve performance and foster a high-performing sales culture.
  • Market Analysis: Identifying and analyzing market trends customer needs and competitor activities to drive competitive advantage and identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals distributors and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitoring sales performance providing regular updates and reporting on key metrics including sales forecasts pipeline status and budget adherence.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborating with marketing customer service and product management teams to ensure alignment on product launches promotional strategies and customer service standards.
  • Training & Development: Continuously developing the sales teams product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and workshops.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Standards: Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare industry regulations company policies and ethical standards in sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in renal care in the assigned area. Experience managing a sales team is essential.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.
