Position Title: Procurement Officer
General Purpose:
Support the Procurement Manager in leading procurement operations supplier management and logistics coordination to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of goods and services for the companys projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee procurement officers in daily operations.
Assist in developing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
Source evaluate and establish contracts with qualified local and overseas suppliers.
Negotiate pricing terms and long-term supply agreements.
Review and approve purchase orders and supplier contracts within delegated authority.
Coordinate with logistics providers freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure smooth import/export processes.
Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic evaluations.
Prepare procurement and logistics reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Engineering or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 35 years in procurement including international sourcing and logistics; experience in heavy industries or construction projects preferred.

Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong analytical planning and problem-solving abilities.
