Role Purpose & Success Outcomes
The role exists to acquire and close enterprise customers in Thailand by selling SaaS platforms into e-commerce retail supply chain and logistics environments.
Success looks like:
Meets agreed enterprise new-business revenue targets
Converts qualified opportunities through structured sales execution
Builds and maintains a healthy predictable pipeline across target sectors
- Ensures clear scoping and smooth handover to implementation teams
Key Responsibilities
Identify qualify and prioritize enterprise prospects across e-commerce retail distribution supply chain and logistics.
Lead the complete sales cycle: discovery requirements mapping solution positioning proposal preparation negotiation and closing.
Present platforms with a clear articulation of business value ROI and operational impact
Prepare accurate proposals scopes and pricing aligned with internal processes.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting within CRM.
Collaborate with pre-sales product and implementation teams to validate feasibility and expectations before handover.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales targeting and positioning.
Represent the Client in commercial meetings and key customer engagements.
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
Professional Experience
Minimum 57 years of enterprise B2B software sales experience (mandatory)
Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
Experience in e-commerce/retail or supply chain/logistics (at least one is mandatory)
Experience selling SaaS or workflow-heavy software solutions
Exposure to OMS WMS ERP or similar platforms is a nice-to-have
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and structured pipeline management
Strong commercial writing skills for proposals scopes and contracts
Familiarity with software solution selling methodologies
Understanding of integration-heavy environments is a nice-to-have
Knowledge Domain
Enterprise SaaS sales cycles
E-commerce retail distribution supply chain or logistics operations (at least one domain required)
Knowledge of omnichannel workflows fulfilment processes or supply chain execution is a nice-to-have
Working Style & Culture
