Job Summary

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning execution and monitoring of all treasury and banking activities related to project financing.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for funding requirements and procurement-related financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax legal and regulatory requirements for overseas and project-related payments.
  • Prepare and review monthly CAPEX reports for management.
  • Manage foreign vendor payments and ensure timely settlement.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure effective liquidity and fund management.
  • Monitor and control project spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Validate and process project invoices in accordance with asset capitalization and accounting standards.
  • Track CAPEX utilization cash flow status and project spending progress for periodic reporting.
  • Support project-related audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with Revenue Department Customs VAT WHT and other local statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely regulatory submissions.
  • Support tax review contract compliance and financial risk mitigation activities.
  • Partner with procurement supply chain legal and project management teams to ensure alignment on financial processes.
  • Provide financial insights to support project decision-making and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with banks auditors government authorities and external partners as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Project Finance Financial Planning or CAPEX management preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations taxation (VAT/WHT) and local compliance.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical forecasting and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai & English.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
