Director of Sales and Revenue Pre-Opening Resort Southern Luzon Philippines
A premier leisure development is looking for a Director of Sales and Revenue who will be one of the key driving forces behind the resorts success overseeing all aspects of the resorts sales strategy revenue management and distribution channels. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maximizing resort revenue through strategic planning data - driven decision - making and team leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management or any related courses
Five (5) years of experience in the same or similar role handling properties with premier amenities food & beverage outlets conference and meeting facilities
Strong and well - established network within the MICE industry with a proven track record of generating leads and securing high - value group business
Proficient in central reservation yield management and property management systems
Proven experience in recruiting organizing and cultivating high - performing sales teams
Strong business acumen to drive profitability and operational excellence
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila and to travel on site
