    Responsibilities

    Summary of Position

    The sales and Marketing Manager has overall responsibility of ensuring that Freshmen targets are met; and that all marketing activities agrees with the National Sales Manager National Marketing Manager and the Chief Marketing Officer are effectively planned implemented and measured at the school level. Reports to both the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the school Chief Operations Officer (COO)


    Duties Functions and Responsibilities


    1. Formulates school sales & strategy & subsequent campaigns aligned with brand and growth directions
    2. Determines activity mix to drive sales
    3. Manages execution of sales campaigns including lead generation activities such as student profiling and HK scholarship administration
    4. Manages partnerships for sales activities (i.e. feeder schools industries and local government partners)
    5. Manages research process for sales activities including competitor information : program offerings marketing activities program fees and enrollment numbers
    6. Makes products & pricing recommendations on the school level
    7. Develops systems for sales processes including research training and templates
    8. Executes offline marketing events including PR events as agreed with the CMO
    9. Implements programs based on marketing partnerships (i.e. media & PR partners research partners)
    10. Communicates the agreed messages for the year : branding messages per program messages and per area (within the city and outside the city) messages
    11. Supervises the installation and distribution of marketing collaterals
    12. Recommends branding opportunities to CMO identifies appropriate media channels location content & theme
    13. Activates leads and manages the call center operation for optimal market engagement and lead conversion campaign
    14. Evaluates the effectiveness and impact of both sales & marketing programs in the area
    15. Manages the sales budget







    Requirements

    • With minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
    • At least theree (3) years of relevant experience in any of the following : school sales and marketing advertising brand management sales in consumer or retail industry or managerial experience in the service industry
    • With high sense of integrity and professionalism; oustanding costumer service orientation team player
    • Strong communication sales and presentation skills
    • Goal-oriented flexible and creative under pressure
    • With knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to hire train and motivate team members
    • Can converse and communicate in English
    • Must have knowledge with budgeting internet and computer skills
