A career within Legal Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies on going compliance with local legislation and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks.Our team specialises in providing legal advice across all of our clients disciplines. Youll help provide legal support to a wide array of specialty areas from cyber security and technology to banking and intellectual property.
Our fully integrated tax and legal services cover all aspects of taxation together with a full range of legal services.
Our experienced team possesses in-depth industry knowledge in Thailand. Combined with our global network this allows PwC to deliver appropriate tax and legal solutions including formulating strategies creating innovative tax plans and helping our clients manage implementation and risk.
Key responsibilities:
Provide innovative and commercial solutions to our clients complex and diverse legal and regulatory challenges in the areas of M&A Commercial contracts and so forth
Demonstrate the ability to develop deep client relationships
Leverage PwCs broader market presence to engage with clients on strategic matters beyond the role of a traditional lawyer
Lead develop and inspire future lawyers as they adapt to regulatory market and technological changes in the legal and professional services industries
Requirements:
A minimum of 5-10 years experience
Experience in M&A LDD (including pre- and post-DD) Commercial Contracts Licenses (BOI and FBA) and Public-Private Partnership projects are a plus
Good command of English both written and spoken
Willing to work within a team be proactive and be able to multi-task
Have excellent technical legal skills commercial acumen and leadership potential
Be innovative and highly motivated with an interest in leading the development of new ways of delivering commercial legal solutions for clients through the multidisciplinary platform provided by PwC
