Due to our ongoing growth HHG Legal Group is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our busy Perth City office.
This is not just another admin role were looking for someone who sees themselves building a long-term career as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.

This role will be:
- Providing high-level legal and administrative support to 4-5 lawyers at one time
- Drafting editing and preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
- Managing diaries schedules and file administration
- Contributing to the smooth running of a dynamic legal team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Based in WA
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in private practice
- Strong organisational and client service skills
- A proactive positive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A career-focused Legal Assistant or Paralegal (not a stepping stone to becoming a lawyer)
