Job Description

SAP Support 60%
IT Support 40%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing SAP application support for end users (SAP FI/CO Sales etc.).
  • Managing installation and upgrades of software and hardware.
  • Collaborating cross-team with the central IT Service Desk infrastructure infosec and network security teams.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding for new joiners and providing ready-to-use desktops/laptops. Coordinating with the central IT team for user account creation and installing software related to endpoint security.
  • Documenting processes as well as backing up and archiving data.
  • Managing data retrieval and recovery processes.
  • Keeping track of asset inventory of office IT equipment.
  • Demonstrating the ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Maintaining operating and supporting audio/video conferencing facilities in office premises.
  • Engaging with local vendors for the procurement of software/hardware.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science information technology information systems or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT Admin/SAP support role.
  • Troubleshooting experience with the following:
    • Windows operating systems
    • Active Directory
    • O365 Suite Applications
    • SAP
    • VPN (Ivanti Pulse Secure etc.)
  • Fluency (both oral and written) in English is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ITIL Certification will be advantageous.
