Job Description
The position will report to the Remedial Circle Lead and SVP MSME.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business team to handle customers on the watchlist
- Implement special Collection for NPL
- Conduct sales on Auction & AYDA assets
- Focus on targets given by management every month and year
- Maintain relationships with internal banks
- Establish relationships with third parties (Lawyers Notaries BPN Agency KPKNL and others related to the work)
- Make reports on visit results
- Make periodic reports on NPL & AYDA accounts
- Create a collection strategy for each account
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Lending Remedial or Collection.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage challenging situations.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
