Job Description
Job Title:Client Services Account Executive - On Site
Schedule: M-T 8:00 am - 5:30 pm / T 8:00 am -4:30 pm
Training Starts: August 2025
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Account Executiveis responsible of handling Consumers requests and processing these into our CRM systems.
- Orders are received by telephone fax and email.
- They are the front-line communication to the customer and help resolve complaints/returns.
- Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.
Job Requirements:
- Term Student or college Graduated.
- Strong work ethic and good attitude.
- Excellent typing skills andcomputer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook Explorer)
- professional phone etiquette
- Strong effective interpersonal communications
- Listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal communication is key.
- Advance English Level
- Dominican ID
- Live In Santiago
