Job Summary
At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic SAP technology at PwC you will specialise in utilising and managing SAP software and solutions within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation configuration administration development and support of SAP products and technologies.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the SAP Technology team you shall lead the creation and implementation of impactful SAP solutions. As a Senior Manager you shall guide the execution of large projects maintaining operational excellence and significant client interaction. You shall mentor associates manage client relationships and drive continuous improvement of solutions.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Serving as an SME for resolving complex production support issues
- Leading ticket review calls with clients
- Leading design development and deployment of enhancements

- Managing client relationships and expectations
- Leading delivery resource recruitment efforts
- Developing training and certification plans for delivery resources
