Description- Promptly evaluate qualify and respond to leads via phone or email.
- Accurately enter group leads into SFAWeb when applicable.
- Act as a liaison between customers and hotels to present proposals convert leads and close group business.
- Create a Sales Companion to suggest appropriate hotels to customers for potential group bookings.
- Partner with sellers to follow up on group leads via email or phone ensuring alignment with hotel processes.
- Audit systems and reports (e.g. missing production quotes or revenue) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage contract follow-up and ensure timely handover of business to properties for seamless service.
- Support sales managers and directors during calls and in executing sales strategies across all segments (e.g. wholesalers TMCs corporate group intermediaries).
- Assist in coordinating sales programs and events (e.g. Hotel Excellence! The Exchange GMID GCAW trade shows).
- Contribute to special projects (e.g. Marriott Bonvoy enrollments).
- Generate and organize sales reports using SFAWeb Tableau and EMPOWER.
- Provide regular updates on focus accounts (e.g. group funnel Tableau dashboards).
- Support the monthly manual adjustment process (report and system-wise).
