About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn the end-to-end recruitment process gain hands-on experience in HR and build a long-term career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates.
- Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media.
- Learn to create and manage search strings for different roles on job boards.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines.
- Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR tasks.
What Were Looking For
- Fresh graduate (BBA MBA BA or any field HR specialization is a plus).
- Keen interest in HR and recruitment as a career path.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious proactive and willing to learn quickly.
- Ability to put in extra effort and go beyond basics.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking ability.
