Job Description

We are looking for the best talent in Interlomas General Offices to be our:

HR Intern - LA Equality & Inclusion

Part-time position

Start date: September 2025

Location: Interlomas General Offices

Work schedule:part-time with flexible working hours

Salary:The gross salary for interns ranges from $8500 mxn to $17000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

Profile:Currently enrolled bachelors student in their first degree program in any business or engineering field.

Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2026 and December 2027. English Advanced.

As an intern you will work closely with our LA E&I network leaders to implement strategies that promote diversity equity and inclusion across our organization. This is your chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in:

  • Collaborating with E&I leadersto align strategies with business goals.

  • Tracking and analyzing E&I progressto identify improvement areas.

  • Organizing regional and global E&I eventsand managing logistics.

  • Creating a social media calendarto promote P&G as inclusive employer.

  • Additional acting as HR Business Partnerfor a business function providing support on organizational topics and HR initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Live in Mexico City and willing to work in our Interlomas General Offices.

  • Graduation date preferable June 2027.

  • Active college student of any business or engineering major.

  • Strong English verbal and writing skills (will be evaluated).

  • Communication Skills Operational Discipline and Organization.

  • Display strong leadership teamwork learning agility and problem-solving skills.

  • Real passion for building new solutions.

  • Express willingness to learn take initiative and show flexibility.

  • You love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
