Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a Python & AI/ML Developer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning deep learning and LLMs and a passion for building real-world AI applications. You will design develop and refine machine learning models and algorithms that enhance our products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design implement and optimize machine learning and AI models.
- Collect preprocess and analyze data to train validate and test models.
- Evaluate fine-tune and improve existing ML and deep learning models.
- Create technical designs for AI/ML/NLP/NLU/NLG projects and drive implementation in production.
- Collaborate with product teams analysts and developers to integrate ML models into applications.
- Communicate findings insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI ML deep learning and LLMs.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in AI/ML practices and tools.
Requirements
- 58 years of proven experience in AI/ML development with Python.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-Learn TensorFlow PyTorch Keras).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern NLP techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred SageMaker Aurora MongoDB Analytics).
- Familiarity with data science tools (Python R; knowledge of Java/C is a plus).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud solutions (AWS/GCP).
- Ability to produce robust scalable and production-ready ML solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership ability to train and build a team of AI/ML developers.
Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Python AI/ML or LLMs.
