Job Description
Responsible for managing the sales territory selling products and services and analysing sales data in the local market.
Understand and communicate customer needs communicate well with customers develop new customers and maintain existing customer base.
Responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships and conducting ongoing sales related activities to achieve business objectives.
Provide necessary support to the teams sales and marketing programmes and activities.
Responsible for gathering market information especially competitive information.
Acts as a point of contact for pre- and post-sales support issues including handling the status of complaints/issues special deals and following up on customer orders.
Responsible for providing basic technical support and supporting business growth in the biopharmaceutical market.
Requiritment:
Diligent highly organised dedicated and results oriented. Targets to fulfil sales commitments and service regional customers.
Familiarity with the vaccine and antibody market and experience working in a vaccine or biologics company is preferred.
Bachelors degree or higher in biological sciences or related field.
More than 3 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical company.
Excellent communication teamwork and customer relationship management skills.
Willing to travel as needed.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude with the ability to multi-task prioritise and remain goal orientated.
