Responsibilities & Job Description:
- Managing the setup of email accounts for new users (staff) before onboarding.
- Collaborating with the regional IT team.
- Installing configuring and maintaining servers storage systems and other IT hardware.
- Monitoring and ensuring the health of network systems including LAN WAN and VPN.
- Managing system backups updates and disaster recovery processes.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues promptly.
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 AM - 05:30 PM).
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or facility management.
- Proficiency in Windows systems networking and troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills in English.
