Customer Services Officer Insurance Hotline
Responsibilities:
Torespond promptly to customer telephone and website enquiries in a professional manner
To provide administrative and clerical support in a daily basis cooperate with team members to respond promptly to customers enquires
To visit distribution partners retail outletsin order to support and enhance companys product and service
To support the team andperform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Shift duty is required
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above with relevant experience
Qualifier of IIQE Paper I II & III is an advantage(candidates prepared to undertake such qualifications will be considered)
Experience ininsurance or financial industry is advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin is a plus
A proactive and self-motivated individual withexcellent teamwork skills
