Job Description
JOB TITLE: Account Officer
JOB LOCATIONS:Gombe Kwara and Benue
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
Finance & Accounts:
- Keeping daily records of all raw materials in stock.
- Weekly/Monthly summary reporting of stock records such as (raw materials finished goods and chemicals).
- Reconcile accounts with purchasing vendors to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain updated records of vendor transactions and payments.
- Timely and prompt preparation of both local and international purchase orders (POs).
- Maintain physical and digital records of GCL accounts and revenue accounts.
The Person
- Bachelors Degree / HND in Finance and Accounting or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in finance operations and Accounting principles
- Strong analytical skill set both numerical as well as legal.
- Advanced computer software skills especially Excel (ability to work with complex formulas) PowerPoint and Word.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N100000 N150000 Monthly.
