We are looking for our Customer Service North & West Africa our next

Customer Service Representative

- Casablanca Morocco -

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you support the Sales team and directly handle incoming calls from customers throughout the North & West Africa region which includes nearly 25 countries. You will join a team of 7 employees.

On a daily basis your mission revolves around the following activities:

  • Ensure the complete management of a customer portfolio by establishing offers processing orders monitoring payments and handling disputes
  • Ensure the monitoring of orders deliveries and export documents in relation to shipping stores and freight forwarders
  • Regulate stocks and check the availability of products and production in relation to factories and various goods storage sites
  • Prepare import authorization documents and/or regulatory forms and monitor them as well as ensure the smooth running of controls.
  • Ensure the complete management of files in remittances and documentary credits (complete assembly of bank files) and monitor payments.
  • Participate in projects to improve customer service processes by reporting field information to enable the implementation of corrective and preventive actions necessary within the framework of the quality system procedures.

Your profil

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in international trade and are proficient in incoterms.
  • You are rigorous dynamic and proactive.
  • You are autonomous in your work and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are a good listener and have analytical and communication skills.
  • You have a perfect command of the office suite (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus but is not mandatory you will be trained in its use if necessary.
  • Fluent French and English are essential.

Additional information

This position is based in our Casablanca Morocco site and reports to the Customer Service Manager for the Industrial Sales North West Africa region.
