Property Solicitor
We are working with a leading Irish law firm to recruit a Property Solicitor for their expanding Energy & Natural Resources team. This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor with 2 years PQE to advance their career in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector advising on some of the countrys largest wind and solar projects from start to finish.
You will work alongside a highly regarded team representing developers investors and funders on renewable projects with a combined generation capacity of over 2GW.

The Role
As a Property Solicitor in the Energy & Natural Resources team you will:
Draft and negotiate wind farm and solar farm options and leases
Investigate agricultural land titles including burdens and rights affecting ownership
Conduct property due diligence on renewable energy projects for banks investors and purchasers
Draft and negotiate rights of way over-sail agreements wayleaves and statutory wayleaves under the Electricity Regulation Act
Advise clients through all stages of renewable energy projects ensuring practical cost-effective solutions-focused legal support
The Person
Irish qualified solicitor with 2 years PQE in property law and conveyancing
Experience with agricultural land transactions
Knowledge of property aspects of renewable projects is an advantage but not essential (training provided)
Strong organisational and drafting skills with excellent attention to detail
Commercial mindset with a solutions-driven approach
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
